Marketing emails are an essential part in brand awareness and advertising. As the Digital Media Marketing Coordinator at Ford AV, I developed and designed all email campaigns from start to finish. In the first weeks of being in this role, I observed that email viewership on mobile devices was becoming increasingly popular and, because of this, I developed a responsive email template to use. Using this template, numerous product campaigns, event invites, and other various initiatives were created to send to our customers and manufacturers via Campaign Enterprise, our mass email software. This often involved preliminary research on the product or event, video production/editing, graphic design, light HTML editing, and CRM list segmentation.
